UI/UX design based on research, not guesses
Good interfaces come from understanding what users are trying to do. We research first, then design and test.
We interview users, review analytics and map the tasks people come to complete. Then we design user flows and wireframes, turn them into high-fidelity interfaces and test clickable prototypes with real users. Testing with 5 users finds about 85% of usability problems, according to Nielsen Norman Group.
Every design meets WCAG 2.2 level AA, with a text contrast of at least 4.5:1, so it works for everyone.

UI design vs UX design
UX design decides how a product works; UI design decides how it looks and feels. Every product needs both.
- Focus
- UX design: Structure, flows and usability
- UI design: Visual style, layout and interaction
- Questions it answers
- UX design: Can users complete their task easily?
- UI design: Is it clear, attractive and on brand?
- Deliverables
- UX design: Research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes
- UI design: Mockups, components, design system
- Tools
- UX design: Maze, Miro, FigJam, Figma
- UI design: Figma, Framer, Rive
- Measured by
- UX design: Task success, time on task, errors
- UI design: Consistency, accessibility, brand fit
Types of design, compared
There are 8 main design disciplines. The table compares what each delivers, where it is used and the tools we use for it.
Most brands need several disciplines at once. Running them from one studio and one design system keeps the logo, the website, the app and every ad looking like the same company.
Design systems that scale with your brand
A design system is the single source of truth for how your brand looks and behaves, from colour tokens to finished components.
We define design tokens for colour, type, spacing and radius, build components with variants and states in Figma, and document how to use them. When developers build from the same tokens, design and code stay in sync, new pages ship faster and every screen stays consistent.

Frequently asked questions about Design Services
What design services do you offer?
We offer UI/UX design, product design, web design, brand identity, design systems, marketing and social graphics, print and packaging, illustration and motion design.
What is the difference between UI and UX design?
UX design decides how a product works, through research, flows and wireframes. UI design decides how it looks and feels, through visual style, components and interactions.
How much does design cost?
Design cost depends on the discipline, the number of screens or assets, research depth and revision rounds. We quote from a defined scope after a short discovery call.
How long does a brand identity take?
A brand identity with logo, colours, typography and guidelines typically takes 3 to 6 weeks, including research and revision rounds.
Do you design in Figma?
Yes. Interfaces, prototypes and design systems are designed in Figma, and brand and print work uses Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Do you test designs with users?
Yes. We test prototypes with real users before development, because testing with 5 users finds about 85% of usability problems, according to Nielsen Norman Group.
Will the designs be accessible?
Yes. Every design meets WCAG 2.2 level AA for contrast, text size, focus states and touch targets.
Who owns the design files?
You do. You receive all source files, exported assets and the licences for fonts and images used.
Can you also build what you design?
Yes. Our development team builds websites, apps and stores directly from our designs, so nothing is lost in handoff.
Do you offer ongoing design support?
Yes. A monthly design retainer covers marketing assets, product screens and design system updates.
