Email marketing services that turn subscribers into customers

Qovex Studio plans, writes, designs and runs email and SMS programs: automated flows, campaigns, segmentation and deliverability on Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Brevo, measured on revenue, not opens.

Email marketing services

Email and SMS programs that sell every day, not only on campaign days.

Automated flows that sell while you sleep

Flows are emails triggered by what a subscriber does. They are a small share of sends but often the largest share of email revenue.

Each flow answers one moment in the customer journey: joining your list, leaving a cart, buying for the first time or going quiet. We build them with conditional splits, so customers who buy exit the flow and others get the next nudge, and we test subject lines, timing and offers inside every flow.

  • Welcome series
  • Abandoned cart and checkout
  • Browse abandonment
  • Post-purchase and review requests
  • Replenishment and cross-sell
  • Win-back and sunset

Types of marketing emails, compared

Marketing emails fall into 6 main types. The table compares what triggers each one, its purpose and the metric it is judged by.

Flows carry the steady revenue and campaigns create the peaks. A healthy program runs both, with transactional emails branded and optimised too, because they have the highest open rates of all.

Frequently asked questions about Email Marketing

What is the difference between email flows and campaigns?

Flows are automated emails triggered by a subscriber’s action, such as signing up or leaving a cart. Campaigns are one-off emails sent to a segment on a date you choose.

Which email platform should I use?

Klaviyo suits ecommerce stores, HubSpot suits B2B with a sales pipeline, and Mailchimp or Brevo suit smaller businesses. We recommend a platform after reviewing your data and goals.

How often should I send marketing emails?

Most brands send 1 to 3 campaigns a week plus automated flows. The right frequency depends on engagement, so we send more to active subscribers and less to quiet ones.

Why are my emails going to spam?

Emails reach spam because of missing authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), high complaint rates, inactive contacts or poor content. We fix authentication first, then list health and sending patterns.

What are the Gmail and Yahoo sender requirements?

Since February 2024, bulk senders must authenticate their domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, offer one-click unsubscribe and keep spam complaints below 0.3%.

Are open rates still reliable?

No. Apple Mail Privacy Protection loads emails automatically, which inflates opens. We measure clicks, conversions and revenue per recipient instead.

Do you write and design the emails?

Yes. Our team writes the copy, designs mobile-first templates and builds every email in your platform.

Do you offer SMS marketing?

Yes. We run SMS for launches, abandoned carts and order updates through Klaviyo, Postscript or Attentive, with explicit consent.

Can you migrate us to a new email platform?

Yes. We move subscribers, consent records, segments, templates and flows, and warm up the new sending domain to protect deliverability.

Who owns the email list?

You do. The account, subscribers and all data stay in your name.
